This study aims to determine the relationship between cephalopelvic disproportion, fetal distress and prolonged labor and the incidence of section caesarea (sc) in primiparas women at RSIABDT Jakarta in 2022. This study used an analytical method with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 185 patients and the sampling technique used was total sampling with the entire population sampled by data analysis using the Chi-Square test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between cepalopelvic disproportion (CPD) and the incidence of Sectio Caesarea (SC) in primiparas, obtaining a P value of 0.000 and OR = 32.222. There is a significant relationship between fetal distress and the incidence of Sectio Caesarea (SC) in primiparas. the P value is 0.040 and the OR = 7.250, there is a significant relationship between prolonged labor and the incidence of Sectio Caesarea (SC) in primiparas. The P value is 0.002 and the OR = 0.317. The suggestion from this study is that it is hoped that it can add knowledge and knowledge about several factors that increase the incidence of Sectio Caesarea (SC) in primiparas
