Eurocentrism and its affectation to the legal competences of ethnic communities in Colombia

Abstract

This paper analyzes the way in which an international law with Eurocentric characteristics, continues limiting the legal competences of the ethnic communities in Colombia, insofar as they contradict the cultural content of the Western Worldview, despite the progressive progress of its contents.
