On Establishing the eco-compensation mechanism in China's financial policy

Abstract

With the increasingly serious environmental pollution, it is a necessity and a tendency to strengthen ecological and environmental protection, and go on the eco-compensation mechanism. And to bring a green sustained future, it is agreed that establishing and perfecting eco-compensation mechanism with the appropriate financial policy are imperative to a coordinated development of our economy and environment. In this way, we can safeguard the justice in society, enhance the public's initiative to protect the environment, and provide effectively the ecological service. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
