Abstract

The paper gains is to present a proposed attempt (Business Process Optimization Methodology) to select proper analysis, planning and optimization methods for resource management in the domain-information systems, and, being in the development phase, Business Process Optimization Platform (BPOP), which is an implementation of the proposed Business Process Optimization Methodology (BPOM) logic. The paper addresses an innovative and unique functionality of the introduced solution, including automatic planning, adaptation and optimization of the logical architecture of the domain information systems, the use of reusable software components (services) as well as resulting from the adopted attempt availability to obtain quickly the first results of the analysis and optimization of domain-specific processes. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.
