Abstract

For the globality of “things,” however, more dangers could emerge from interrupting globalization consciously manipulated by misusing national security than from open conflict or from “recoupling.” The emerging threat to globality of 5G based on globalized standards and regimes is one of the most revealing examples of this danger. Arguing with national security, the Trump administration had launched several campaigns to prevent European and other countries from using Huawei equipment for building their 5G networks.
