Abstract

A cross-sectional analysis of current otolaryngology programs, presence of female chairs, program directors, faculty and residents in 2019 was performed. The gender of the program director, departmental chair, number of female faculty, number of residents within each program, and the gender distribution of listed residents was determined by visiting each otolaryngology training program's website.
