Abstract

Biotechnology cuts across several fields but beyond this is its ability to engage biodiversity in its application. Gray Biotechnology is dedicated to environmental applications and focused on the maintenance of biodiversity and removal of pollutants using biotechnological approaches. It has reduced the overexploitation and pollution of the ecosystem and is using remedial methods in protecting the environment. This article presents an overview of this area of biotechnology.
