Abstract

This paper presents Guided Mindfulness (GM), a technology assisted platform that optimizes experiential learning and guides its users to recollect, recognize, decide, and be aware of new learning experiences through specific prepare and reflect experiences. The purpose of this paper is to introduce GM as a tool that can be utilized for skill acquisition through experiential learning in complex environments. Theories of skills complex and technical skill acquisition are linked to learning in complex dynamic environments to best explain the vision of GM.
