Abstract

Tags used to describe web resources bookmarked in social bookmarking services are considered ambiguous without the existence of a proper context. In this paper, we describe an algorithm that uses the semantic relationships in an ontology to resolve the ambiguity in people's tags. © Springer Science+Business Media B.V. 2008.
