Agastrodrilus Omodeo and Vaillaud, a genus of carnivorous earthworms from the Ivory Coast

Abstract

The earthworm genus Agastrodilus appears to have been derived from Millsonia by progressive adaptation to small earthworm predation. Different steps in this adaptation can be seen in the four known species. it is relatively rich in organic matter.
