Abstract

La globalización fortalece el crecimiento de la economía, comercio, industria y tecnología, sin embargo, aumenta el consumo no responsable de productos y servicios que afectan el ambiente. Por esto, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión documental para identificar los factores que impulsan y limitan el consumo responsable de las organizaciones y describir las acciones que conllevan a fortalecerlo. Se identifican 63 documentos entre los años 2004 y 2016 en las bases Redalyc, Proquest, Scielo y Scopus de los cuales 22 se revisan para discutir el tema estudiado. A través del análisis de coincidencia de patrones se elaboran cuadros consolidados de los factores y acciones de consumo responsable agrupados en los ejes social, ecológico y ético. Los resultados develan que el tipo de consumidor es un factor que impulsa el consumo responsable, mientras que el precio de los productos lo limitan. Palabras clave: consumo responsable; factores; acciones;  limitantes; impulsores.   ABSTRACT    Globalization strengthens the growth of the economy, market, industry and technology, however, increases not responsible consumption of products and services that affect the environment. Therefore, the present study aims to make a document review to identify the factors that drive and limit the responsible consumption of organizations and describe the actions that lead to strengthen it. 63 documents between the years 2004 and 2016 in databases Redalyc, Proquest, Scielo and Scopus, of which 22 are revised to discuss studied are identified. Through the analysis of patterns matching prepares consolidated pictures of actions of responsible consumption and factors grouped into social, ecological and ethical axes. The results show that the type of consumer is a factor which promotes responsible consumption, while the price of the products limited it.   Key words: responsible consumption; axes; factors; actions.
