Abstract

This work presents the relevance of emotions in the software development process. Emotions are an important human factor that must be considered when developing software. Unlike in psychology, where the influence of emotions on industrial productivity is well known, there are few studies reported on its importance in software engineering. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2014.
