The review of seminal authors allows exposing its components and application contexts. This approach allows proposing an ordered theoretical framework to be applied in high volatility environments like the current ones. When organizations develop dynamic capabilities, they adapt and reconfigure resources and capabilities to meet the demands of the environment.
