Abstract

SevenPixel Photography and Artwork Photo Studio still use manual methods where customers have to come to the studio to make orders and payments to the studio. Then the studio records the results of orders and payments made by customers in a notebook. This method is not effective because proof of payment could be lost, causing harm to both parties. This website application is a solution that the author provides so that studios can manage orders and payments better and consumers can view photo packages and photo galleries. Ordering and paying for photo packages is easy because it is online. This website was built using the PHP programming language and MySql as the database. The prototype method is a method that involves users and developers in negotiating regarding system development so that developers are more effective in building systems. Black-box testing is an important testing method because it can identify errors in the function of a system. Test results using the Black-box Testing method showed that the system could run and function well without any significant problems. The result of this research is a website-based system that has order, payment, recording orders and consumer payments, studio financial reports, and photo galleries.
