Abstract

This chapter presents concepts of eosinophilic esophagitis, one of the newer gastrointestinal diagnosis with increasing incidence and prevalence amongst our pediatric patients. Clinical presentation, diagnostic findings including those seen on endoscopy and biopsy as well as treatment options are considered.
