The development of the moral sphere of the student, the search for psychological and pedagogical methods and technologies of its development are strategic objectives of the modern education system. The moral sphere of the personality is studied from the position of development of value and moral representations of the personality of pupils. A new approach to the development of value and moral representations of the student's personality is proposed, the potential of its use at different levels of school education is shown. The technology of development of the moral sphere of the student's personality, allowing a special way to organize all his life, including the lesson. Developed and tested methodological tools and techniques for the development of value and moral concepts of the student, discusses the specifics of their content in accordance with its age characteristics. The results of empirical research on the influence of transforming activities of the teacher on the development of value and moral concepts in students of different age groups. It is concluded that the transforming activity of the teacher in the school system affects the effectiveness of the development of non-pragmatic attitude of the student to the world and, as a result, the formation of his worldview. Analysis of methods and means of development of the moral sphere of the student's personality is discussed in the context of cultural activity psychology.
