Quo Vadis Kebijakan Penyusunan Kabinet Koalisi Jokowi Tinjauan Filosofis, Historis, Teoritis dan Yuridis

Abstract

This paper is entitled Quo Vadis Policy on the Compilation of the Jokowi's Coalition Cabinet Philosophical, Historical, Theoretical and Juridical Review. the aim is to answer two problems, namely: the form of the cabinet that has been carried out by the current Jokowi government and in the future the cabinet that should have been formed by the President Jokowi's Government. The research method uses the normative juridical method with a conceptual, historical and legislative approach. The result is that the form of the cabinet that the Jokowi government has carried out today, still accommodates the interests of the bearers of political parties during the 2009 Presidential Election, and is still not independent and professional in arranging ministers, so that weaknesses and ministers are still not playing a role and running professional assignment. Secondly, the formulation of the cabinet formed by the Government of President Jokowi, the second volume should ignore the pressure of the supporting parties who are members of the coalition, so that the cabinet formulation formed can be professional and only the president has the right to compose..
