Abstract

We investigate the equilibrium unfolding of Zn-cytochrome c by three-pulse photon echo peak shift (3PEPS) spectroscopy, revealing denaturant-dependent timescales of protein motion and inhomogenous broadening. The results are consistent with a two-state model.
