Abstract

Entrainment mapping during ventricular tachycardia ablation can be useful for identifying critical parts of the re-entry circuit. However, the post-pacing interval cannot always be measured due to saturation or noise at the pacing site. In these situations, measurement of the N + 1 difference can be useful.
