Where Are We Now?

Abstract

In this final chapter, I reflect on the changes which occurred during and after the research was completed, in judicial education, children’s rights awareness and Sentencing Guidelines. I consider the policy implications of the research and its relevance for other groups of children before reaching a conclusion about why upholding the rights of children affected by adult sentencing proceedings is something that merits our attention.
