Abstract

The rapid increase in the amount of on-line music services creates a need for automatic extraction of information from songs, music indexing and recommendation. But Music Information Retrieval is not an easy task and is still under development. This review paper focuses on features in Music Information Retrieval. We present audio engineering features and feature learning approach. © 2014 Springer International Publishing.
