Abstract

Isodictyidae Dendy, (Demospongiae, Poecilosclerida) contains two genera, Coelocarteria and Isodictya, allocated to suborder Mycalina. Ichnodonax is considered a junior synonym of Coelocarteria. Cercidochela, Homoeodictya, Neoesperiopsis, Textiliforma and Valentis are considered junior synonyms of Isodictya.
