Abstract

Doi:10.5901/mjss.2016.v7n1p159 Abstract This article seeks to address hypocritical behavior in interpersonal communication in organizations and it's relationship with organization size. In the first step our game theory model studies the hypocritical behavior between two persons. In the next step, with some adjustments, the model studies hypocritical behavior in the organization. This research provides a unique mathematical model on the use of hypocritical behavior and interestingly suggests that, the larger is the organizational size (number of members), the greater is the risk that all members of the organization turn to adopt a hypocritical behavior.
