ERP software quality using paraconsistent logic

Abstract

This study shows the perception of users regarding the ERP software (Enterprise Resource Planning). We used ISO/IEC 9126-1 for the evaluation of quality questions. As a decision-making tool, we used the Paraconsistent Annotated Evidential Logic Eτ, assisting software factories in which quality item to invest in ERP order to improve the production process and consequently their final product.
