This research arises from the phenomenon of non-Muslim teachers teaching at Madrasah that are viral on social media, the purpose of this research is to empirically find how the religious paradigm of Madarsah teachers in Kudus and their responses about the phenomenon of non-Muslim teachers teaching in Madrasah. This research using a descriptive survey method that tries to reveal the meaning of the phenomenon that occur.
