REALITAS KEBERAGAMAAN GURU MADRASAH DI KUDUS (Respon Guru Madrasah di Kudus dalam Menyikapi Fenomena Guru non-Muslim Mengajar di Madrasah)

Abstract

This research arises from the phenomenon of non-Muslim teachers teaching at Madrasah that are viral on social media, the purpose of this research is to empirically find how the religious paradigm of Madarsah teachers in Kudus and their responses about the phenomenon of non-Muslim teachers teaching in Madrasah. This research using a descriptive survey method that tries to reveal the meaning of the phenomenon that occur. The data collection was carried out using a questionnaire containing the religious paradigm, namely: exclusivism, inclusivism and pluralism, as well as a response to the phenomenon JURNAL PENELITIAN Volume 15, Nomor 1, Februari 2021
