Abstract

Online interviews extend the tools of qualitative research and facilitate new types of data and research outputs. They allow researchers to reach geographically dispersed populations, reduce some burdens on participants , and still facilitate necessary relationships and rapport between interviewer and interviewee. 1 What follows is a methodological treatise and a guide to conducting online interviews in the Digital Humanities.
