Abstract

In this paper we discuss the use of a semantic model to describe the key terms of a text and the relationships between them. We show how this model can be represented by annotations of the existing text documents using XML approach. As a result, a new generation of search engines can be created that allows Internet users to find documents that satisfy structural requirements specified by the semantic model.
