In trrenhis paper the cut change control in the isolated, backward, and other issues, and put forth expected cost management and investment integration of dynamic change control concept to Earned Value Management methodology to study, explore period, the combination of investment patterns, and with examples of the expected cost management and investment integration of the change control of the main content and basic procedures. © Springer-Verlag 2012.
