Abstract

In the current work is presented the importance of information design in natural surroundings on two key concepts: accessibility (offering usefulness, without any modifications, for as many people as possible) and usability (easiness of use, in order to reach a specific aim). A set of measures and guidelines are presented to facilitate processing information in a complex environment. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
