Abstract

Optimization of machining processes enhances the machining performance, and it is possible to carry out efficient and economic machining operations without harming the environment. In this chapter, procedure for offline and online optimization is outlined. The methods to enhance the utilization of cutting tools in an environment-friendly manner are discussed.
