Recensión Blockchain: aspectos tecnológicos, empresariales y legales

Abstract

Reality shows that the recent and disruptive advances that occur in new technologies –which are evolving at an ever-increasing rate– are having a notable impact on the way in which we communicate, work or carry out actions typical of the consumption. We are witnessing, in these settings and in many others, unprecedented social change. Society - and with it, the public and private sectors - is more influenced by information and communication technologies (ICT). In this order of issues, we can conclude that the digitization that society is leading is called to consolidate a new order in which we are immersed. We refer to the suggestive structure that begins with the blockchain. The Blockchain, in effect, stands as a technology susceptible to impact, in a relevant way, on consumers, or users, and entrepreneurs.
