Abstract

Answer:(c)Previousauthorshaveshowna relative increase in the presence of Type I and Type III collagen both in the obstructed megaureter as well as the refluxing megaureter. However, in the refluxing megaureter, the proportion of Type III collagen is increased predominately and may result in a ureter which is less distensible than other megaureter types.
