Abstract

Problem and purpose. The authors study the problem of improving the training future teachers to use modern tools and technologies in the context of developing of digital educational area and the challenges of the future. The purpose of the paper is to identify the features of training future teachers to solve professional problems by means of mobile technologies and gaming educational applications. The methodology is based on a synthesis of the results both didactic and software-technical researches, as well as on the analysis of mobile technologies and digital educational applications. The authors used theoretical and practical methods of psychological and pedagogical investigations. The methods of mathematical statistics are also used in the article. Results. Clarifies the conceptual apparatus of gamification of learning based on digital technologies and mobile applications. An analysis of the experimental activity on the formation of competencies in relation of using and creating one's own mobile gaming application with educational content for future teachers is done. The specific problems that teachers face with using modern digital technologies are highlighted. Conclusion. From the justification of the need to move away from standard patterns in teaching, the importance of the requirements of the digital school, we suggest the ways to improve the organization of teachers' training for mastering new tools and technologies. For efficient using digital technologies, mobile applications and mobile educational games, teachers' training should be carried out in the context of the tasks involved in the main areas of one's professional activity.
