Abstract

The article discusses the concept of organizational narrative and its role in the acknowledgment and comprehension of organizational culture and development. Topics discussed include the role of leadership in the authoring of organizational narratives, storylines of leadership from the perspective of a subordinate, and the set of beliefs and ideas affecting the development of organizations and leaders.
