Abstract

Process quality, as perceived by users, depends on both the service quality and on the quality of its delivered resources. This paper combines in a contract model the quality of the process and of the objects delivered through the process. The model is a tool for providers to formalize quality guarantees for their users. Besides contract modelling, the paper discusses basic methodological issues related to contract formulation. We also discuss a sample scenario to illustrate the proposed framework. © 2009 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
