Abstract

The article aims to understand how the organizational climate of state public universities in the country influences the construction of academic-professional teachers-researchers who choose to participate in technology transfer processes trajectories. Qualitative methodology was used during the investigation. Depth interviews were applied to reconstruct the world of meaning of the study subjects and redeem their experiences about knowledge transfer. The study found that UPE’s own bureaucratic routines, beliefs, values, financing, personnel and infrastructure that can mean an obstacle to the expectations of teachers and researchers innovators.
