Abstract

Internet, with its easy to use access to multimedia resources and linking tool has great impact on education and cultures. It is the way we use it that changes can be brought about and Webbing can be provided from small age, for minorities, disadvantaged, disabled, and different societies. Therefore one of the first steps in changes has to be made in teacher education itself.
