Teachers’ well-being is a crucial prerequisite of high-quality education and training. More specifically, research on teachers’ resilience – the ability to stay engaged and satisfied with the profession despite the highly demanding nature of teaching – is very informative to identify difficulties and resources that mostly impact teachers’ well-being.
