The article presents the author´s reflections about the sensibilization, the training and gender formation in gender and the lines of demarcation between these processes. These reflections are articulated with international experience systematizations found on the web, in others made in Cuba, and interviews to female Cuban experts. The author exposes, in order to be analyzed, some theoretical-methodological presuppositions to carry out gender sensibilization processes in group settings. The categories of gender imaginary and generic professional identity are essential.
