Abstract

The author talks about servant leadership. According to him, the only reason for organization's existence is to serve human needs. He has given emphasis on Robert K. Greenleaf's note that the only authority that deserves allegiance is that which is freely granted by the led to the leader in proportion to the servant stature of the leader. He said that knowledge and abilities will be productive and will facilitate the creation of a complimentary team of individuals when one successfully works with others.
