To solve the problem of shortage of low frequencies along with the development of mobile communication, the research on the leaky communication system using for the mobile communication in blind and semi-blind zone was towards to high frequency and wide frequency area. Combining with the 3G and 2G mobile communication frequency band, the method of expanding the frequency range of single mode radiation leaky coaxial cable was studied, and the radiation field of leaky coaxial cable whose frequency range is expanded was simulated, and the relationship between frequency range expanding and radiation field was analyzed, the conclusion set a basis for the application of leaky coaxial cable. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
