Various concentration of AgNO3 added polymer solutions were electrospun using needleless electrospinningsystem. Silver nanoparticles were prepared by reducing silver salt using ascorbic acidwhich is a mild reducing agent. Antibacterial activity of samples tested. Results showed that withthe same amount of Silver NPs, higher concentration of PVB polymer solution has better efficiencyagainst to E. coli owing to higher productivity.
