Abstract

Taiwan Experiment on Neutrino (TEXONO) explores Germanium detector technology towards studies on electromagnetic properties of neutrinos and neutrino nucleus coherent scattering using nuclear power reactor as source of antineutrino. The event selection process with R&D efforts at the detector threshold are presented. The upper bounds on reactor anti-neutrinos millicharge and magnetic moment are further discussed.
