Abstract

This article presents recommendations to teachers who are with a new group of students. The author writes that it may be hard to remember who has learning difficulties or English as a second language, which could end up turning off students if the new teacher keeps making mistakes. The author recommends create a color code based on the problems each of the students has, and then writing their names in the colors in the rank book.
