Abstract

The process of massive data screens with various data kinds—Big data—is to detect hidden patterns, unknown correlations, market trends, customer preferences and other important information. Big data analytics are an analysis technique that examines enormous data sets. The analytical results can contribute to more efficient marketing, additional income opportunities, enhanced service to the client and increased operational effectiveness. The software tools typically used in advanced analytics disciplines including predictive analysis, data mining, text analytics and statistical analysis are the forms of large data analysis. In the analytical process, mainstream BI software and data visualisation instruments can also be used.
