Pengaruh Metode Pelaksanaan MPKP terhadap Kinerja Perawat di RSUD Lamadukelleng Sengkang Kabupaten Wajo

Abstract

Nurse performance is an action taken by a nurse in an organization in accordance with their respective authority and responsibilities, where good performance can provide satisfaction to service users and also improve the cover of nursing services, to realize the quality of nursing services, hospitals must implement the process of nursing care systems in the ward using MPKP. In MPKP there are several assignment methods that can be used in a ward. One of them is the MPKP team. The purpose of this study was to determine the MPKP that was applied in RSUD Lamadukelleng Sengkang, and to find out the performance of nurses in RSUD Lamadukelleng Sengkang, and to determine the effect of the MPKP method on the performance of nurses in RSUD Lamadukelleng Sengkang. The type and method of research used in this study is cross sectional study, this approach is done where the independent variables and the dependent variables are observed at the same time. This research also uses analytic observational method. The sample in this study were 21 nurses who were obtained through a total sampling method. The instrument of data collection in the form of a questionnaire regarding the MPKP Method and the Performance of nurses using the T.Test sample pair. The results showed that there was an influence between the MPKP method on nurse performance by 2 respondents (9.5%), rarely done by as many as 8 respondents (38.1%), often as many as 11 respondents (52.4%). Which is marked by the value of ρ = 0.01 < α =0,05.
