Abstract

Research on new network and service architectures for the Internet includes many different aspects, from new applications to new network protocols, control models and procedures but also faster and more reliable network technologies. In order to validate scientific results, these new paradigms should be evaluated through experiments carried out at the Internet scale. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
