Abstract

Peripheral arterial disease is a complex condition that can be evaluated with many imaging techniques, but only duplex ultrasound can provide fast, cost-effective, and real-time results. This chapter will review the imaging techniques and criteria necessary to diagnose and monitor peripheral arterial disease in native arteries, stents, and grafts of the lower extremities.
