Abstract

Cities evolve generating differentiated environments based on the characteristics of their inhabitants. Disadvantaged environments have been analyzed from different perspectives, but hardly considering the quality of the relationships that occur in their public spaces. Through face-to-face observation and interviews, the possibilities of interaction in these spaces are investigated in the city of Valladolid, in the idea that the quality of the relationships that occur in them corresponds to the integration in the city of disadvantaged areas. As a result, are found territorial typologies based on their relational possibilities and the reasons that can make them difficult.
