Abstract

This month we will be discussing surfaced-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). The phenomenon will be described and the enhancement factors that make it so attractive for analytical purposes will be pointed out In particular, we will review the state-of-the-art from the point of view of the instrumentation and the robustness of the measurements.
